Launching the new Nutrien Rewards

Nutrien required a fresh solution for their Nutrien Rewards program, so we undertook a thorough review to identify opportunities to re-engage members, build on partner value and drive new membership acquisition.

We identified a number of key actions to achieve this – moving from annual redemption to a redeem anytime model, an updated digital platform and customer interface, a refreshed rewards range and more flexible reward delivery options.

Positive results were immediate. Member engagement doubled within 3 months and the initial acquisition campaign delivered a 20.3% conversion rate.
